The biggest usb pen stick size remains 256GB. Kingston Technologies was the first to release the 256GB size to market. The newest model just released is the DT310 DataTraveler 310. It is available in one size only, 256GB. According to Kingston, it is the first 256GB USB Flash drive in the United States.
The first model offered by Kingston was the DT300 256GB reported in: What Is The Biggest USB Pen Stick Memory Flash Drive Size On The Market? Kingston Technologies Releases DT300 256GB. It was offered in the Far East, Europe, Middle East & Africa. The DT310 DataTraveler 310 is being made available to the United States. It supports password protection and has a suggested MSRP (U.S. only) of $ 1,108.00. It also looks very different from the DT300.

i just noticed this on EBay, the seller Wenlug89 has sold over 150 units @$43.34 AU (they currently retail in Australia for between $750 and $1000). The listing states:

I too, was just scammed on Ebay with a fake KingstonDT310/64GB for $29.99. The seller is “HelenPage2011”. Beware of this seller.

I was conned also by these fakes, on the upside, there wasn’t too much initial outlay to upset my finances, and fortunately Ebay jumped on the sellers of this fake item and removed the seller listings from the Australian Ebay site. There are still a few remaining but only as bid items, and I’d assume that after these items have been won, we’ll see no more.

I WAS SCAMMED!
I bought a DT310 265GB USB stick from Ebay from user emerald48s.
The USB key looks like 256GB and is reported as 256GB by Windows, but when I ran software tests (h2testw) it proved that only 3GB was writeable and after that, the files become corrupt. Avoid ebay and user “emerald48s”.
